Founder and Board Member

With a background in experiential education and a passion for mobility justice, Parker helped found Elgin Community Bikes in 2016. Certified as a Bicycle Mechanic by United Bicycle Institute in 2019, Parker managed the community shop, as well as assisting with the community rides, education programs, and other initiatives.
